Job summary

The Sydney Opera House is seeking a Casual, Temporary Logistics Support role to help coordinate venue setups, equipment prep, seating and accessibility for live events and productions. You will work with a collaborative team to ensure safe, efficient operations and a positive customer experience across staging, lighting, sound, AV and warehouse tasks.

Applicants should have live theatre or events logistics experience, a valid Class C driver’s licence (Forklift desirable), and be able to work

Qualifications

• Live theatre, event or logistics experience (minimum 1 year).
• Practical skills in hand and power tools and safe operation.
• Current Class C Driver Licence; Forklift Licence preferred.
• Ability to work rotating roster including weekends/evenings; physically fit.
• Good communication and teamwork; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support logistics for events and productions.
• Coordinate venue and foyer setups and equipment prep.
• Manage seating, accessibility, and furniture movements.
• Ensure safety and contribute to positive customer experiences.
