Job summary

VF Corporation in Sydney is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work closely with the team across sales, visual merchandising and inventory management, with the opportunity to step up into Store Manager in their absence.

You will lead a dynamic team, champion our culture of diversity, fun and family, and bring enthusiasm, energy and computer literacy to daily operations. Retail experience and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a similar role or 2-3 years experience in a retail sales role.
• Enthusiastic, energetic and values diversity, fun and family.
• Able to lead a dynamic team environment.

• Oversee visual merchandising to maintain brand standards.
• Manage inventory, stock control and stock integrity.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role or 2-3 years experience in a retail sales role.
• Computer literate
• Able to lead a dynamic team environment with strong leadership skills
