Job summary

The North Face in Perth is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, drive sales, and maintain exceptional visual standards. You will help manage stock, engage customers, and foster a collaborative team environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role offers growth into Store Manager responsibilities during absences and requires a passion for outdoor activities. A full-time Tuesday–Saturday schedule and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Retail experience: minimum 2 years in a similar role or 2–3 years in retail sales.
• Computer literate and able to lead a dynamic team.
• Full-time availability Tuesday–Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and conduct sales duties.
• Oversee visual merchandising to maintain brand standards.
• Assist in stepping up to Store Manager when required.

About you…

• You enjoy and regularly participate in any or all of the following: hiking; climbing; skiing; snowboarding; mountain biking; running; camping and travel
• Retail Certificate an advantage but not essential
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role or 2-3 years experience in a retail sales role.
• Computer literate
• Able to lead a dynamic team environment with strong leadership skills
• Full time working Tuesday- Saturday
