Job summary

Renaissance Info Systems is seeking a Test Manager for client engagements in Sydney and Melbourne. The role requires 8–10 years of testing experience with at least 3 years in Test Management, and it is offered as a 6–12 month contract.

Ideal candidates will have experience in Insurance/Life Insurance, Wealth, Banking or Financial Services, with exposure to IFRS 17, LDTI, APRA, Solvency and Capital reporting, and a track record leading test teams across web, mobile, API, and backend testing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years testing, with 3+ years in Test Management.
• Experience in Insurance/Life Insurance/Wealth/Banking/Financial Services.
• Finance transformation & accounting experience.
• Knowledge of IFRS 17, LDTI, APRA, Solvency & Capital reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead test planning, execution and defect management across applications (web, mobile, API, integration, backend).
• Build and mentor a test team, drive quality gates and testing standards.
• Collaborate with client teams to ensure timely delivery and risk mitigation.
