Join our dynamic Debt Capital Markets team in Sydney, as an Associate within Capital Markets & Advisory, reporting to the Head of Debt Capital Markets Australia and New Zealand. In this role, you will support the origination and execution of global capital markets transactions for Australian and New Zealand clients across Corporate & Institutional Banking.
You will be someone with strong technical and analytical capability in debt markets, with prior bond market and bond pricing experience, a clear interest in client coverage and transaction execution, and the ability to work effectively across a fast-paced, collaborative platform. You will help drive efficiency through the thoughtful use of AI-enabled and digital tools, while maintaining strong judgement, quality and control standards.
You will also gain exposure to a broad range of financing solutions, including conventional debt capital markets activity, ESG-related issuance and the evolving digital bond market, from a position of strength in a globally recognised team.
This is an opportunity to work with some of the bank's most important clients and to develop across a broad set of sophisticated products in a high-performing franchise.
