Job summary

BMP Technologies in Sydney seeks a dynamic QA Lead to oversee testing across iOS and Android apps. You will lead end-to-end test activities, craft strategies, and drive quality across functional, regression, and integration tests.

Responsibilities include defect management with Jira/Azure DevOps, stakeholder coordination, and mentoring the QA team to improve processes and coverage.

Qualifications

• Maximum 15+ years of experience in software testing, with significant experience in mobile application testing.
• Strong hands-on experience testing Android and iOS applications.
• Strong understanding of manual and automation testing methodologies.
• Experience with functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, and compatibility testing.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar defect/test management tools.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Previous experience in a Test Lead / QA Lead / Senior Test Engineer role.
