Job summary

TheDriveGroup is seeking a QA Manager to own end-to-end quality across a complex digital transformation. This hands-on leadership role focuses on mobile testing across multiple devices and OS versions, while overseeing SIT, UAT, integration and production readiness across multiple workstreams.

You will drive the test automation strategy, govern quality standards, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations and senior stakeholders to ensure delivery against milestones.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading QA/testing on large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Strong mobile quality focus across devices and OS versions.
• Proven ability to define governance, standards and release readiness criteria.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the end-to-end test strategy across a large transformation program.
• Lead mobile application testing across iOS/Android devices and connectivity.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, integration and end-to-end testing.
• Define test governance, quality standards and release readiness criteria.
• Drive the end-to-end test automation strategy.
• Lead device validation and real-world/operational testing.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, vendors and senior stakeholders.
