Job summary

Oho Group is seeking a Test Engineer to join its Cambridge engineering team. You will contribute to testing and validation across software and hardware-based systems, developing and improving testing processes while creating automated test solutions alongside manual testing.

You will work closely with software, hardware and systems engineers throughout the product lifecycle, taking ownership of testing activities and contributing to the wider engineering strategy.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in software, embedded or systems testing.
• Comfortable working across both manual and automated testing.
• Experience developing or maintaining automated test scripts/frameworks.
• Programming or scripting experience, ideally with Python, C# or a similar language.
• Familiarity with common testing, defect tracking or test management tools.
• Experience working within a hardware/software development environment would be advantageous.
• Background in communications, electronics or another technology-led industry would be beneficial, but isn't essential.
