Job summary

Pinaka Technology Solutions is seeking a Test and Assurance Manager (Land C4I) to lead T&E activities at the Symonston LNIC facility. The role focuses on planning, conducting, and reporting T&E for Land C4I systems, with strong stakeholder engagement across Defence bodies and ICT providers.

The ideal candidate has NV1 or higher clearance, solid MS Office/database skills, and proven leadership abilities in a Defence or ICT integration context. Onsite work is required in Symonston, ACT.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Test & Evaluation roles.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in person at the primary facility; relocation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct and report allocated T&E activities.
• Coordinate tests for the system under test, including risk and safety programs.
• Advise Project Managers on T&E objectives, methodology, planning and reporting.
• Support LNIC T&E program planning, development and coordination.
