Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking an experienced ERP Test Analyst in Sydney to lead end-to-end testing for major transformation projects. You will cover test strategy, planning, coordination and execution across complex ERP migrations from SIT through Hypercare.

The role requires hands-on ERP migration testing with SAP S/4HANA experience as highly desirable. You will work across multiple sites, coordinating with business, vendors and internal IT teams, and build testing artefacts independently.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ERP migration testing experience.
• SAP S/4HANA experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to develop testing artefacts without templates.
• Comfortable coordinating across multiple sites and teams.

What we're looking for:

• Strong hands-on ERP migration testing
• SAP S/4HANA experience highly desirable
• Experience with Tier 2 ERP to SAP transitions highly relevant
• Strong test strategy, coordination and execution skills
• Self-sufficient and able to build testing artefacts without relying on templates or Test Analysts
• Confident leading testing across business, vendor and technical teams
• Experience with Test Management platforms; PractiTest is a plus
• Comfortable working across multiple sites and shift-based environments
• Sydney-based and able to work from the Sydney office
