Job summary

HR Partners is seeking an experienced Test Analyst to join a major state government ICT team delivering a large Appian workflow solution. You will contribute to quality assurance through manual and automated testing while elevating testing governance across the project ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional software or test development experience.
• Senior-level experience across all facets of testing including regression, system, integration, and UAT.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing comprehensive test cases using manual and automated methods.
• Significant senior-level testing experience with tier-1 workflow platforms such as Appian.
• Strong knowledge of productivity and testing tools (Jira, Confluence, Xray).

What You Will Do:

• Coordinate, manage, and execute comprehensive manual and automated testing activities, including functional, non-functional, system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Contribute to the development of test strategies and help establish practices and processes to enhance testing governance across the ICT ecosystem.

• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, developers, business analysts, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and issue resolution.

• Work within automated testing frameworks and adopt industry best practices and new technologies to continuously improve quality assurance processes.

• Join a high-performing delivery team focused on ensuring technical solutions are defect-free and ready for production deployment.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:
