Tesco is seeking a customer-focused colleague to join our store team in Australia. You will provide friendly service, understand our products, and assist across shop floor duties including shelf replenishment and checkout support.

This role supports great service, drives sales, and helps reduce waste while contributing to a positive store atmosphere. We offer flexible hours, a diverse team environment, and benefits designed to support work-life balance.

Tesco Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
