Job summary

Pacific Optics is seeking a Territory Manager to service, grow and win customers across Queensland. This is a permanent, full-time role covering the Sunshine Coast territory and is primarily road-based with a structured journey plan.

You will service and grow existing accounts, actively prospect new business, and meet sales and KPI targets. Strong CRM, negotiation and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in a territory or field sales role (FMCG/general merchandise preferred).
• Hunter mentality with ability to grow existing accounts and open new ones.
• Strong selling, negotiation and communication skills; able to build lasting customer relationships.
• Organised, self-managing; plans journeys and manages time on the road.

Responsibilities

• Service, retain and grow existing customer accounts.
• Actively prospect and win new business across your territory.
• Grow range and categories within current accounts; game the tiering system for right support.
• Present, promote and sell the range using strong selling techniques.
