Job summary

Pacific Optics Pty Ltd is seeking a dynamic Territory Manager (Tourism, Gift & Pharmacy) to drive sales across Queensland from the Gold Coast base. You will develop territory plans, manage key accounts and pursue new business opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.

In this role you will conduct regular visits, present product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and report on territory results. Travel across Queensland will be essential to success and growth of our customer network.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in account and relationship management within tourism, gift or pharmacy sectors.
• Consistently achieves or exceeds sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Proficient with CRM systems and MS Office applications.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel across Queensland.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets across tourism, gift and pharmacy sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the territory.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand needs, provide product demonstrations and ensure product availability.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements ensuring profitability while remaining competitive.
• Manage customer accounts including order processing, delivery coordination and issue resolution.
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts and territory performance analyses to management.
• Support customers with product knowledge, training and promotional materials to maximise selling potential.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and operational excellence.
