Job summary

Pacific Optics is seeking a Territory Manager to service, grow, and win customers across Queensland on the Sunshine Coast. This is a field sales role that rewards proactive account management and continuous hunting for new business.

You will service and grow existing accounts, present and sell the range, merchandise displays, and meet KPI targets. The role requires travelling across the Sunshine Coast with a structured journey plan.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, ideally in territory or field sales.
• Experience in FMCG or general merchandise is a plus.
• Hunter mindset with ability to develop new accounts.
• Strong selling, negotiation and communication skills.
• Organised and self-managing; plan journeys and routes.
• Proficient with CRM systems and data; merchandising awareness.
• Hold a current driver’s licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Service, retain and grow existing customer accounts.
• Actively prospect and win new business across the territory.
• Grow range and categories within current accounts.
• Work within the tiering system to provide appropriate support.
• Present, promote and sell the range using strong selling techniques.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to meet customer needs.
• Merchandise and set up displays to a high standard.
• Maintain your journey plan and visitation schedule.
• Analyse territory and market performance and report regularly.
• Meet sales revenue and KPI targets.
