Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Territory Manager to join our Sage team in Victoria. This field-based role covers Melbourne Metro East/South and Regional East/North-East Victoria, plus South Australia, with the aim of improving patient outcomes through Infection Prevention and Pressure Injury Prevention solutions.

You will hunt new opportunities and build strong customer relationships across hospitals and healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with wound care clinicians, infection prevention, nurses, allied health professionals, procurement teams, and other decision-makers.
• Develop understanding of customer needs to identify opportunities for patient outcomes and business growth.
• Become a trusted partner by providing product knowledge, clinical support, education, and ongoing guidance.
• Identify and grow new business opportunities while strengthening existing relationships and expanding product adoption.
• Work with customers to support product evaluations, implementations, and contract outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Clinical Consultants and Customer Service to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Maintain regular engagement with customers through site visits, educational sessions, presentations, meetings, and events.
• Build networks across healthcare organizations and develop relationships with clinical and commercial stakeholders.

You'll work with a wide range of healthcare stakeholders, from frontline clinicians through to key decision‑makers, becoming a trusted partner and driving growth across your territory. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with a broad range of healthcare stakeholders, including wound care clinicians, infection prevention, nurse educators, nursing leaders, allied health professionals, procurement teams, and other key decision‑makers across the healthcare setting.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, challenges, and priorities to identify opportunities that support both improved patient outcomes and business growth.
• Become a trusted partner to customers by providing product knowledge, clinical support, education, and ongoing guidance.
