Job summary

Veolia Australia & New Zealand is seeking an experienced Account Manager for a 12-month fixed term role based in Arndell Park, NSW. You will manage a defined customer portfolio, drive revenue, and expand Veolia's services within an assigned territory, building long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

With a Diploma of Business and at least one year in a similar role, you will maintain CRM systems, adhere to processes, and identify new development opportunities within our NSW

Qualifications

• Diploma of Business, or equivalent workplace experience.
• 1+ years experience in a similar position.
• Desirable experience in maintaining a CRM.

Responsibilities

• Proactively drive sales revenue opportunities and maintain margins within defined parameters.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline with forecast opportunities identified as short, medium- and long-term prospects.
• Adhere to sales processes and expectations.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of customers and marketplace within the defined territory.
• Identify new development opportunities, leads or other changes and action in accordance with Veolia policy and procedure.
• Monitor the satisfaction levels of customers to provide a quality service that meets or exceeds their expectations.
• Identify and Re-Sign Expired Agreements within the territory.
