Job summary

St Francis Xavier College in Canberra is seeking a Marketing, Communications and Events Manager to lead marketing, communications and engagement initiatives across Belconnen and the wider Canberra community.

Reporting to the Principal, you will manage the College’s brand, digital and print communications, website, social media and campaigns while coordinating major events that showcase the College’s life and achievements.

Qualifications

• Qualifications include tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, media, business or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) clearance.
• Accreditation to work, teach and lead in Catholic Education Canberra and Goulburn policy accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing, communications and engagement initiatives to position the College as a leading destination school.
• Oversee brand and reputation through management of digital and print communications, website development, social media and marketing campaigns.
• Lead the College's events program, coordinating major community, Performing Arts and College events that showcase the College's life.
