Job summary

St Paul’s Catholic Primary School, Gracemere is seeking a dedicated Classroom Support Assistant for a term-time continuing position of 28.25 hours per week, to commence in January 2027. The role offers a supportive Catholic school environment and requires commitment to student wellbeing and learning.

The successful applicant will work under the supervision of teaching staff, assist with learning activities, maintain confidentiality, and support inclusive education across the classroom.

Qualifications

• Current Blue Card under WWC Act and valid Suitability Notice is a must.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role.
• Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom support at St Paul’s Catholic Primary School, Gracemere.
• Support the learning and development of students.
• Maintain high levels of confidentiality in dealings with young people and their needs.
