Job summary

Launch Housing is seeking a Part-time Tenancy Plus Case Manager to deliver outreach-based support for public and community housing tenants in the Collingwood area, ensuring safe, sustainable accommodation. You will conduct assessments, develop case plans, and advocate with other agencies to secure services for vulnerable clients.

The role requires tertiary qualifications in Social Work or related fields, knowledge of tenancy laws, and a strong commitment to ending homelessness.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing human services, with understanding of housing/homelessness policy.
• Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology or related discipline.
• Knowledge of Residential Tenancies Act, VCAT, housing policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outcome-focussed client services.
• Provide case management and support to social housing tenants at risk of homelessness.
• Assess eligibility and refer clients to appropriate services.
