Job summary

Qualifications

• Compliance requirements/ Qualifications are specified
• Background/security clearance checks will be conducted
• Pre-employment medical required
• Unrestricted Drivers licence class C essential
• Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) check required
• Current forklift licence highly desirable
• Experience in custodial or secure environments desirable
• Trade qualifications in Warehousing Operations or Retail Transport and Logistics desirable
• High level of physical fitness due to frequent manual handling

Responsibilities

• Deliver warehouse, courier, and retail tasks for all stakeholders within policy timeframes
• Supervise detainees undertaking warehouse, logistics and retail programs; provide coaching and mentoring
• Perform frequent manual handling tasks and occasional after-hours duties
• Maintain records, manage stock, complete orders and reports; assist detainee case management
