Job summary

Juice Cheltenham is supporting a client in Pershore to recruit several temporary Customer Service Advisors/Administrators for the lead-up to Christmas. Start dates range mid October to mid November, with commitment through Christmas or slightly into the New Year depending on sales levels.

You will handle customer service queries via phone, email and live chat; place corporate orders and liaise with corporate clients; produce quotations and advise on products that suit; investigate and resolve

Juice Cheltenham is delighted to be supporting a fantastic client in the search for temporary staff leading up to and for the Christmas period. This is for an exciting client of ours, based in Pershore, we are seeking a number of Customer Service Advisors/Administrators. If successful, we have start dates happening from mid October through to mid November, whilst committing until Christmas or slightly into the New Year, depending on sales levels..

Day to Day

• Handling Customer service queries via phone, email, and live chat functions.
• Placing corporate orders and liaising with corporate clients.
• Producing quotations and advising customers on products the suit.
• Investigating and resolving customer complaints.
• Investigating and resolving delivery queries

What Are We Looking For

• Individuals looking for seasonal administration work within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic. Someone who is ready to make a real difference.
• Customer Service experience, whether that's face-to-face or in a call centre environment would be advantageous but not essential. We're interested in your excellent communication skills.
• Positive attitude and able to provide excellent customer service.
• Experience within a regulated environment, with strong attention to detail, would be beneficial.
• Can easily navigate your way through multiple systems and tasks at any one time.
• Able to deal with sensitive and challenging conversations along with complaints and have the resilience to bounce back from them.
• Have good IT skills.
• Good numeracy skills.
• Active listening skills.
• Can be flexible with working hours during the busy periods (Christmas) to ensure we maintain our customer service and quality standards. This can include some evening and weekend work.

Working hours will be Monday to Friday (9.00 - 17.30) during the lead up, with weekend hours being introduced closer to Christmas (these can be flexible and would be working from home).
