Job summary

Comclean is expanding with a newly developed role combining telesales coordination and operations support. The position will start by supporting the National Operations Manager, reviewing customer interactions, updating systems, and diarising actions for the operations team.

You will lead a small telesales team, drive targets, assist in recruitment and training, and help in developing programs, promotions, and client engagement strategies.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and client engagement skills.
• Basic computer competency including common business software.
• Ability to manage, influence and mentor small teams.
• Capacity to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist the National Operations Manager and operations team by reviewing customer contact and diarising actions.
• Oversee a small telesales team, monitor targets/KPIs, and assist in recruitment, training and coaching.
• Support B2B activities: quotes, tenders, information gathering, client visits to establish relationships.
• Assist in transitioning tasks to in-field operations as the team expands.
