Job summary

Living Gems Developments is seeking an experienced Plant Operator/Labourer to join the Parkhurst Residential Construction Team. You will operate telehandlers, skid steers and excavators, assist with labouring, and help maintain a tidy, safe site on a dynamic residential project.

Essential licences include Telehandler, Excavator and Skid Steer; a White Card and a valid Australian driver’s licence are required.

Qualifications

• Licence requirements include telehandler, excavator and skid steer licences.
• Demonstrated labouring experience on construction sites.
• Strong adherence to site safety practices and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• All pre-starts on machinery.
• Precise excavation work.
• Take direction and understand role requirements.
• Keep the site clean and tidy at all times.
• Hold Australian driver’s licence.
• Have previous construction labourer experience.
• Show a real understanding of site safety.
