Job summary

WorkPac Group is seeking an experienced Telehandler Operator for pack-up operations at the Bathurst racetrack, Bathurst, NSW. This hands-on role involves dismantling and moving event infrastructure and equipment as part of a team, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Expect day shifts with some Saturdays, starting at $42.00/hr plus penalties, and a supportive on-site team environment. On-the-job training and access to WorkPac benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Current White Card.
• Telehandler ticket/licence.
• Experience in construction, events or general labouring.
• Ability to safely perform manual handling and physical duties.
• Reliable attitude and good work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate a telehandler to move equipment and materials safely around site.
• Assist with the pack-down of fences, pavilions and marquees.
• Move and position event equipment as required.
• Assist with general labour and pack-up duties.
• Follow site safety procedures and work as part of a team.
