Responsibilities

• ICT Helpdesk: provide end-user technical assistance for telecom issues across stores.
• Network Installation and Maintenance: install and maintain telecom networks and equipment.
• ERP Admin Support: support ERP telecom-related administration.
• Project Design Assist: assist in telecom project design and management activities.
• Supervise telecom systems and coordinate activities.
• Document plans and report on activities.
• Budget justification for equipment purchases.
• Staff development in telecom skills.
