Job summary

Task National Group is a privately owned telecommunications specialist providing services and turnkey solutions to major providers in the telecommunications industry. We specialise in designing, building and operating social and business critical communication infrastructure across Australia, recognised for technical excellence and delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous intermediate to advanced rigging experience.
• Current Australian Drivers License.
• EWP license held.
• OHS Construction White Card required.
• Experience with NBN, Nokia, Telstra, Optus, Ericsson and Vodafone.
• HR License advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Installation of telecommunications cabling and equipment.
• Installation, relocation and removal of tower mounted equipment.
• PIM testing, sweep testing, distance to fault, terminating feeders, bird proofing and waterproofing connectors.
• Swapping out and decommissioning mobile telecommunications sites.
• Working at heights on poles, towers and masts to install antennas and feeders.
• Use of EWP's, working at heights and rigging.

Are you an experiencedTelecommunications Rigger looking for security and long-term employment?

Immediate start is available, previous telecommunications rigging experience isessential.

Your role will include, but not be limited to:

Installation of telecommunications cabling and equipment

Installation, relocation and removal of tower mounted equipment

PIM testing, sweep testing, distance to fault, terminating feeders, bird proofing and waterproofing connectors

Swapping out and decommissioning mobile telecommunications sites

Working at heights on a range of telecommunication structures including poles, towers and masts to install antennas, feeders and ancillary equipment

Use of EWP's, working at heights and rigging

Skills and Experience Required:

Previous intermediate to advanced rigging experience

Current Australian Drivers License

EWP license

OHS Construction White Card

Experience in NBN, Nokia, Telstra, Optus, Ericsson and Vodafone

HR License advantageous

Salary is negotiable based on experience, and above award wages apply.
