Coretel Group Pty Ltd, based in Narangba, Queensland, seeks an experienced Telecommunications Field Engineer to lead RF/Tx integration and structural work across national telco projects. You will manage greenfield and brownfield deployments, handle scope from antennas to cabinets, and ensure carrier acceptance packages meet Telstra, NBN, Amplitel and Indara standards.

The role requires rigging tickets, EWP and first aid credentials, and willingness to travel to remote sites.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Deliver RF and transmission integration, commissioning and carrier acceptance on greenfield and brownfield telco sites.
• Install and commission antennas, RUs, feeders, microwave dishes and outdoor cabinets.
• Support structural rigging works alongside our rigging crew.
• Produce carrier acceptance packs to Telstra / NBN / Amplitel / Indara standard.
• Run the job safely per HSE system, SWMS, permits and exclusion zones.
• Mobilise nationally to remote and metro sites.

Telecommunications Field Engineer (RF & Tx + Structural)

Coretel Group Pty Ltd is an Australian-owned telecommunications infrastructure contractor delivering rigging, civil construction, integration (RF & Tx) and structure upgrades and decommissioning to prime contractors and carriers nationwide. Based in Narangba QLD, we run two director-led delivery teams and work across the Telstra, NBN, Amplitel and Indara networks.

The role — Telecommunications Field Engineer (Integration + Structural)

We're growing and need an experienced Telecommunications Field Engineer to lead site integration, commissioning and carrier acceptance across our national project pipeline. This is a hands-on technical role — you'll run integration works on greenfield builds and brownfield co-locations, with rigging tickets and structural know-how alongside your RF and Tx experience.

What you'll do

• Deliver RF and transmission (Tx) integration, commissioning and carrier acceptance on greenfield and brownfield telco sites.
• Install and commission antennas, RUs, feeders, microwave dishes and outdoor cabinets.
• Support structural rigging works when needed — extensions, face frames, upgrades — alongside our rigging crew.
• Produce carrier acceptance packs to Telstra / NBN / Amplitel / Indara standard.
• Run the job safely to Coretel's or our clients HSE system — SWMS, permits, exclusion zones, rescue plans.
• Mobilise nationally to remote and metro sites.

What we're after

• Proven telco Field Engineer experience — RF and Tx integration, commissioning, carrier acceptance packs.
• Rigging ticket (Advanced or Intermediate) — used regularly on our jobs.
• EWP, Working at Heights and First Aid current.
• Structural steelwork experience on telco towers.
• Comfortable travelling to remote sites and mobilising at short notice.
• Open QLD driver's licence; MR/HR and other tickets a bonus.

• $88,920 base + superannuation + overtime, dependent on experience and tickets.
