Job summary

Peoplebank in Perth is seeking a Telecom Field Engineer to support and maintain critical communications, radio, and network infrastructure. You will perform field-based troubleshooting, system testing, drive testing, and maintenance across customer environments with regular travel.

The initial 12-month contract based in Perth requires Australian citizenship. You will configure radios, laptops, GPS devices, and test equipment, and may participate in an on-call roster.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of LMR/Two-Way Radio Communications and IP Networking.
• Experience with communications systems installation, commissioning, and support.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and support radio communications and RF systems.

About the Role
