Tech Junction Ltd. seeks an experienced Delivery Lead/Project Manager in Melbourne or Sydney for end-to-end telecom SI delivery, ENM Renaissance migrations, and ITIL change management.

You will drive governance, CAB approvals, and multi-vendor coordination across Telco, Ericsson, and Wipro while ensuring service continuity. With 10+ years in telecom SI, you will lead complex migrations, manage stakeholders, and ensure on-site readiness under strict enterprise SLAs.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive Telecom SI project delivery experience.
• Proven OSS/NMS transformation and large-scale migration program expertise.
• Strong ITIL Change Management experience and executive stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end telecommunications system integration delivery, governance, schedules, milestones, and executive reporting.
• Manage complex migration waves, RFC submissions, CAB approvals, and Go/No-Go meetings.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Telco operators, Ericsson, and Wipro, managing dependencies, risks, and escalations.
• Ensure migration quality, production cutovers, acceptance criteria adherence, and rollback readiness.
• Oversee OSS/NMS transformation, integration, and migration programs across large networks.
• Maintain rigorous project documentation, risk registers, stakeholder communications, and sign-off sheets.
• Provide expert technical and project leadership to multidisciplinary teams.
• Author migration runbooks, executive status decks, and SOPs.
