Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading testing in large-scale telecom or infrastructure programs.
• Ability to define testing strategy and governance for complex ICT projects.
• Proven stakeholder and vendor management capabilities in government or enterprise settings.
• Experience coordinating UAT and reporting risk and quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall testing strategy and delivery approach.
• Lead testing across system, integration, infrastructure, performance and UAT.
• Manage test environments, defects and governance processes.
• Coordinate testing teams, vendors and stakeholders.
• Provide reporting, metrics and risk recommendations to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and mentor testing resources.
