Job summary

Ventia is seeking a Delivery Project Engineer to lead end-to-end telecommunications project delivery from our Parramatta office. You will coordinate engineering orders, field resources and stakeholders to ensure on-time milestones and high delivery quality.

You will drive performance reporting, risk management and continuous improvement across multiple workstreams, with a focus on customer outcomes and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Telecommunications, Engineering, ICT, or Project Management.
• Experience delivering telecommunications infrastructure projects or operational work programs.
• Strong planning, reporting, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in customer-facing environments and managing competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of telecommunications projects and work programs.
• Coordinate engineering teams, field resources, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Monitor delivery performance, risks and escalations across workstreams.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, contractual obligations and quality standards.
• Provide operational reporting and governance oversight.
