Aussie Broadband is hiring an Assurance Technical Support Officer to investigate and resolve voice and network issues, delivering exceptional customer outcomes. This permanent role is based in either Dandenong or Traralgon and offers opportunities to grow with a values-driven, inclusive culture.

You will work across telco technologies, troubleshoot using the OSI model, and support field staff to ensure services stay connected and customers remain satisfied.

Competenze

• Knowledge of telco technologies (Hosted PABX, MPLS, Cisco, FortiGate).
• Certifications such as CCNA, NSE4, or CompTIA A+ preferred.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Clear and confident communication with customers and teammates.

• Deliver frontline diagnostics, classification, and issue resolution.
