Job summary

TechnologyOne in Australia is seeking a season Senior Consultant / Delivery Manager with a leading consulting company. You will ensure customers realise value from TechnologyOne ERP deployments, lead teams, consult, implement solutions and provide proactive services to Application Managed Service customers.

You will optimise the customer experience with TechnologyOne, build strong relationships, mentor other service delivery managers, and provide expert guidance on implementing and optimizing

Qualifications

• Experience in Service Delivery and/or Account Management within a technology provider.
• Knowledge of TechnologyOne products and solutions is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
• Project management and problem-solving skills are valuable.

Responsibilities
