Job summary

Charterhouse is seeking a IT Support Technician for an 8-week contract in North Sydney. The role involves receiving, managing and triaging IT service requests, providing technical support and training to staff, students and visitors, and supporting IT hardware, software and AV services.

The ideal candidate has IT/CS qualifications, strong customer service skills, and experience with Windows 365, Apple, and AV technologies. WHV welcome, immediate start option available.

Qualifications

• Qualification in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience providing IT support in a client-focused environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, PC and Apple technologies.

About you

• A qualification in IT/Computer Science, relevant IT education/training, or equivalent experience

• Experience with Audio Visual, video conferencing, print/imaging and mobile technologies
