Job summary

Kilcoy Global Foods seeks an Engagement Manager to translate technology strategy into practical digital initiatives that deliver measurable ROI. You will lead a team of analysts, architects and change specialists, champion product thinking, and drive adoption across business units.

You will define digital roadmaps, prioritise backlogs, and partner with HR and IT to build capability while ensuring initiatives align with strategic priorities and deliver tangible business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience translating technology strategy into practical digital initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Strong product ownership and roadmap management skills, with the ability to prioritise opportunities based on business value and impact.
• Collaborative, business-focused approach with ability to influence stakeholders across levels.
• Experience partnering with architects, technology teams and business leaders to develop scalable digital solutions.
• Understanding of agile ways of working, product thinking and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Translate Kilcoy’s Technology Strategy into actionable digital initiatives and roadmaps.
• Lead and coach Digital Coaches and business champions to drive adoption.
• Define and prioritise digital product backlogs and roadmaps.
• Partner with HR and IT leaders to build digital and product management capability.
