A leading law firm in Brisbane is seeking a Technology Service Desk Analyst for a 12-month fixed term contract. You will provide high-quality technical support to all staff, maintaining operations for audio-visual services and resolving technical issues. Candidates should have strong customer service skills and proficiency in a Windows and Office environment, alongside experience in managing mobile devices and administrative IT support tasks.

Overview

Joining the Brisbane Service & Support team, part of the Technology Division (approx. 100 nationally), you will provide high quality technical support to all King & Wood Mallesons Partners and staff. Based in the Brisbane CBD office, you will be the first port of call for employee enquiries and problems relating to Technology. Support is provided over the phone, via email and in person. This is a highly customer service focused environment that requires exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality technical support to Partners and staff (phone, email and in person).
• Be the first point of contact for employee enquiries and problems related to Technology.
• Support the daily operations of the audio-visual service and video conferencing service, predominantly on client floors.
• Assist in AV troubleshooting and setup for client meetings as required.
• Maintain administrative and procedural responsibilities related to IT support and AV services.
• Work as part of a team to ensure a responsive, customer-centric service desk experience.
• Flexibly rotate across a national roster to support the team between 7:00am and 6:00pm.

About You

• Proven ability to clarify priorities and resolve technical issues in a Windows 11 and Office 2019 / Microsoft 365 environment.
• Experience in an audio-visual environment.
• Experience with managing mobile devices via an MDM solution (iPhones, etc.).
• Active Directory skills – ability to maintain, create, and delete user accounts.
• Understanding of network topology.
• Configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting VOIP softphones & telephone handsets.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster for nationwide coverage between 7am – 6pm.
