Job summary

Sydney Metro is seeking an organised project coordinator to support the delivery of technology projects. You will coordinate activities, engage stakeholders, and assist with reporting and governance to keep projects on time and within budget.

Working closely with project managers and technical teams, you'll help plan, track risks, and drive continuous improvement across multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Flexible work options may be available.

You bring strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and organisational skills, along with the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate reporting, and support the successful delivery of project outcomes. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working across multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
