Talent Web Recruitment is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager for a 14-week, hybrid role in Australia. Based in Sydney/Melbourne, you will drive strategic sourcing, supplier governance and commercial outcomes for a highly regulated financial services environment.

You will partner with Technology, Risk and Legal to deliver end-to-end sourcing, contracting and governance while ensuring compliance with CPS230 and outsourcing obligations.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years' experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or commercial management.
• Background in financial services with CPS230 supplier risk management and governance knowledge.
• Strong experience leading RFx activities and complex contract negotiations.

• Lead RFx processes and procurement projects.
• Drive supplier selection, contract negotiations and commercial outcomes.
• Develop sourcing strategies and category plans aligned with objectives.
• Partner with stakeholders on business cases, procurement strategies and supplier evaluations.
• Ensure procurement governance, supplier risk management and compliance with outsourcing obligations.
• Deliver cost savings, supplier value-add and process improvements.
