About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Specialist to join the Procurement team based predominantly at our Notting Hill office. Reporting to the Senior Category Manager the purpose of this role is to ensure that Procurement delivers the best value to key stakeholders as well as assist in the development of the overall Category strategy and roadmap. The role requires a strong customer-focused culture that influences a positive business partnering approach.

What your day to day looks like:
  • Develop an understanding of the business environment in which TTI operates, understand its goals and how Procurement activities help achieve organisational outcomes.
  • Manage end-to-end sourcing activities: market analysis, RFx, evaluation, negotiation, award, and onboarding; support category plans initiatives; conduct spend analytics, identify consolidation opportunities, and recommend sourcing strategies.
  • Draft, negotiate, and execute contracts using company templates (MSA/SOW).
  • Ensure the business has timely supply of goods and services by sourcing a variety of items as required and provide support on all aspects of procurement activities that may be required to support the wider team.
  • Track and report on orders and pricing and assist with month end reporting.
  • Assist in the proactive management of supplier performance scorecards, collaborating across the business.
  • Engage and influence negotiations with vendors and customers to deliver positive, sustainable relationships through a business partnering approach.
  • Assess current processes and propose alternate ways to engage in more efficient and optimized ways.
  • Working with end users and other teams to support on GR (goods received) and IR related matters.
About You
  • You will have proven experience working in procurement, purchasing, sourcing and negotiation. Marketing category and SAAS experience will be highly regarded.
  • Work experience and knowledge of general procurement services and practices across Indirect Services categories is essential.
  • Sound communication and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
  • The ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment and accurately manage multiple projects.
  • Exhibit relationship management and conflict management capabilities to guide the company-vendor relationship.
  • Proven ability in managing and prioritizing multiple projects with competing timelines.
  • SAP experience is preferred, intermediate Microsoft Office required.
  • Team player and flexible, positive approach.
