Job summary

Padua College on the Mornington Peninsula seeks a Technology Convenor (POL 1) to lead the technology learning area across campuses while maintaining rigorous teaching standards and alignment with Padua’s Learning and Teaching Framework.

This 3-year tenure leadership role includes ongoing teaching duties; salary is per the CEMEA 2022 schedule with a 12% superannuation entitlement and a Leadership 1 allowance.

Responsibilities

• collaborate with Learning Leader to promote high-quality teaching and student engagement
• assist in curriculum development and learning design within the Learning Area
• set professional standards for teaching and learning within the Learning Area
• manage and administer the Learning Area in collaboration with College leadership
• perform day-to-day duties and respond to directives from Principal and College Improvement Team
