Job summary

AustralianSuper invites applications for its 2027 Graduate Program in Technology, Digital & Data. The Enterprise stream provides two years of rotations across software engineering, data platforms, cloud, architecture and cyber security, with exposure to senior leaders and real-world projects.

Starting in February 2027, you will develop technical, analytical and problem-solving capabilities in a supportive, member-first environment, while rotating through diverse teams and gaining end-to-end

Qualifications

• Final year student or recent graduate (within last 3 years: 2024/2025/2026 or Jan 2027)
• Willing to commence full-time employment in February 2027
• Australian/New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident
• Strong interest in technology, data and digital domains
• Willing to rotate across multiple tech teams including software, data, cloud, AI, automation and architecture

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year rotational program with three rotations (two core and one elective)
• Collaborate with technology, data and digital teams on real‑world projects
• Engage with senior leaders to develop technical and problem-solving capabilities
