Job summary

Qantas is seeking a Technology Compliance Analyst to strengthen assurance and governance across the Group Technology environment. The role focuses on disaster recovery and backup compliance, while contributing to broader technology compliance activities and control uplift.

You’ll work with Product Owners, Cyber Security, Risk and Delivery teams to embed compliance into BAU, support Technology BCP changes, and assist audits.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience in technology governance, risk, audit, or compliance.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Experience supporting disaster recovery and backup compliance assessments.

Responsibilities

• Drive disaster recovery and backup compliance efforts across technology environments.
• Support broader technology compliance activities, including regulatory controls and risk assessments.
• Embed compliance requirements into BAU and delivery activities.
• Assist with audits and maintain evidence for internal reviews and external audits.
• Coordinate remediation actions and report status to governance forums.
