Job summary

Qantas Group is looking for a Technology Compliance Analyst to strengthen disaster recovery and backup compliance across our technology landscape. You will work with Product Owners, Cyber Security and Risk teams to embed compliance into delivery, support audits and uplift controls, all within a collaborative, well-structured environment.

The role offers a permanent full-time position with a hybrid WFH and Mascot Campus arrangement, empowering you to balance risk-focused work with on-site

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience in technology governance, risk, or compliance.
• Experience supporting disaster recovery and backup compliance.
• Proven ability to coordinate audits and maintain evidence.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor disaster recovery and backup compliance across technology systems.
• Embed compliance requirements into BAU and delivery activities.
• Assist with audit preparation and remediation tracking.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, Cyber Security, Risk and Delivery teams.
