Job summary

Komatsu Australia is seeking Mobile Plant Mechanics to join our service workshop in Wacol, QLD. You will maintain and repair a broad range of Komatsu equipment, with opportunities to develop skills further while working with an OEM.

The roster runs Monday to Friday with a 9-day fortnight and occasional overtime, in a busy workshop setting that emphasises safety and career growth. Rostered start 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM, immediate remuneration up to $55 per hour plus super and overtime.

Qualifications

• Cert 3 Mobile Plant Technology (or equivalent).
• Strong communication skills.
• Technical expertise in construction and mining equipment, including diagnostics, repairs and rebuilds.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and promoting safe work practices in a busy workshop environment.
• C class driver's licence.
• LF Forklift or Crane Licence/tickets preferable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and repairs on a wide range of Komatsu equipment and components.
• Develop skills further by working with an OEM.
• Work in a service workshop with a focus on safety and quality.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for Mobile Plant Mechanics to join our service workshop. You will be carrying out maintenance & repairs on a wide range of Komatsu equipment and components. In addition, there are opportunities to develop your skills further working with an OEM. Roster: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with overtime as required. Enjoy a 9-day fortnight, with a Rostered Day Off (RDO) every second week. Remuneration: Up to $55 per hour+ super + overtime rates. Role Located: Wacol, QLD.

What we are looking for:
