Qualifications

• Qualified Automotive Technician/Mechanic with European luxury vehicle experience.
• Strong diagnostics knowledge and systems understanding.
• Good communication and basic computer skills; team player.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in Powertrains, Chassis, or Electrics.
• Carry out servicing and repairs to Mercedes-Benz factory standards.
• Promote the brand's premium image through reliable and cost-effective work.
• Collaborate with other departments such as Sales and Parts.
• Stay current with mandatory factory training.

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in Powertrains, Chassis, or Electrics, Comfort & Telematics systems
• Carry out high-quality servicing and repairs to Mercedes-Benz factory standards
• Promote the brand's premium image through reliable and cost-effective work
• Collaborate with other departments such as Sales and Parts
• Stay current with mandatory factory training
• Support complex repairs as part of a skilled and supportive team

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Automotive Technician/Mechanic
• Experience with European/luxury vehicles (Mercedes-Benz experience highly regarded)
• Strong diagnostics knowledge and systems understanding
• Good communication and basic computer skills
• A team player with a proactive attitude
• Valid driver's licence
