Job summary

Alan Lennox Motors in Melbourne seeks a Master Technician to deliver quality workmanship in a high-activity environment at our Mercedes-Benz and European Prestige service centre.

You will join a professional team focusing on late model and classic Mercedes-Benz and other prestige European vehicles. The role requires a Motor Mechanic trade qualification, high attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously with leadership when needed.

Are you a qualified Motor Mechanic/Automotive technician looking for an opportunity to play a key role in a professional team?

We currently have a full-time opportunity available for an experienced automotive technician to join our Mercedes-Benz and European Prestige service and repair centre in Doncaster, focussing on late model and classic Mercedes-Benz and Prestige European vehicles.

The Role

If you have experience in any of the following types of work, then we want to hear from you.

5 days a week no weekend work!

Communicating with customers transparently on their vehicle’s requirements and needs.

Using diagnostic equipment and research of repair instructions.

Representing the professional image of a company that is aligned to a prestige brand like Mercedes-Benz, BMW, AUDI, VW, Porsche and Landrover.

Fault finding relating to customer concerns about their vehicle.

Necessary Qualifications/experience.

The successful candidate will have:

• * Trade Qualification as a Motor Mechanic
• *A high attention to detail
• *Proven ability to work autonomously and effectively in periods of high demand.
• *High levels of organisation and foresight of repair and servicing requirements are key to being successful in this role.
• *Ability to work well within a team and take a leadership role when required.
• *Possess all necessary hand tools to undertake your work in an effective and timely manner - (all specialist tools, hardware and software are provided.
