Newmont Australia’s Boddington Gold Mine is seeking a Mechanical Fitter to join the Process Maintenance team. Based onsite in Western Australia on a 5/2, 4/3 roster, you will perform maintenance, inspections and repairs across crushers, conveyors, screens, feeders and HPGR, ensuring safe, reliable plant operation and target milling throughput.
You will bring trade qualification, experience with HPGR circuits, SAP CMMS, and a strong commitment to safety.

As a key member of the Process Maintenance team, reporting to the Process Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a critical role in maintaining the reliability and performance of Boddington Gold Mine's crushing, conveying and comminution assets. Working across the HPGR and Wear Management area, you will support safe and efficient maintenance activities that maximise plant availability and contribute to the operation achieving its milling targets of 40.5MTPA.
This role is based at Boddington Gold Mine on a 5/2, 4/3 day‑shift only roster, working 80 hours per fortnight with every second Friday as an RDO.
You will work within the HPGR and Wear Management team, reporting to the Process Maintenance Supervisor and collaborating closely with Operations, Reliability, Planning and Maintenance teams. Supporting one of Australia's largest gold processing operations, you will play an important role in maintaining critical crushing, conveying and comminution assets to deliver safe and reliable production outcomes.
