Job summary

Volvo Trucks on the Gold Coast seeks a skilled heavy vehicle mechanic to join our day shift team. You'll work within a 23‑strong workshop alongside mechanics, auto‑electricians, apprentices, service advisors and costing clerks.

We offer a permanent, Monday–Friday role with overtime, a $50 weekly tool allowance, and relocation support for international technicians. Based in Carrara with a move to our new Coomera dealership in 2027, you’ll contribute to high‑quality work in a safe, team‑oriented

What You Will Do

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, the team of 23 workshop staff are made up of Mechanics, Auto-Electricians, Apprentices, Service Advisor's and Costing Clerks'. The VCV Gold Coast dealership pride themselves on an inclusive and stable work environment, producing quality work. We have an opportunty to join our day shift (06:30am - 2:30pm). Currently based in Carrara, we are excited to move in to our brand new Coomera dealership in 2027, which will be roughly 3 times the size of our current dealership. here a photo or a video of your team welcoming candidates or describing what they like best working here. You can do that with your own phone, as a team building exercise. It will guarantee you great attention!
