Job summary

Volvo Group Australia is seeking a full-time Parts Sales Consultant at our Volvo Commercial Vehicles site in Sydney. You will maintain retail displays, highlight specials, and actively market and sell truck parts to meet targets while developing a loyal customer base.

You will coordinate parts supply, respond to inquiries, process invoices, and handle returns. A team player with strong MS Office skills and capacity to work Saturdays is essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Strong truck parts knowledge, ideally within a retail environment.
• Proficient in MS Office.

This Full time on site position offers great opportunities for career growth. Volvo Group Australia manages the manufacturing, distribution and operation of well-known brands such as Volvo Trucks, Mack Trucks, UD Trucks, Volvo Bus, Volvo Penta, Volvo Construction Equipment and Volvo Financial Services. This role will work for Volvo Commercial Vehicles (VCV), who are the primary commercial vehicle distribution centre’s for Volvo Trucks and Buses, Mack Trucks and UD Trucks.

What you will do
